I walked past the OB yesterday morning on the way to work, coinciding with Robinson giving a speech outside (didn’t even know he was up there until I saw the meat wagons) saying all the journo’s filming him before he went in, were also breaking the law.
Is he right?

What if he wasn’t giving a public speech?
They filmed him on his last visit to court (no speech) is it because they are accredited journalists and he is not? I think the names of the accused were already in the public domain.
No dog in this fight, but the OB and a potential 2 year sentence?

I don’t care whether he’s an ok bloke or not, I’m more interested in the potential sentence he is facing, and the legalities of it.
